Every order we receive will be promptly processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed in the morning, Indonesian time, will be handled and shipped in the afternoon on the same day. For orders received during the weekend, especially on Friday evenings, the delivery will be scheduled and carried out no later than Saturday at noon, Indonesian time. Meanwhile, orders received over the weekend will be scheduled for delivery on the next business day.

We use DHL and FedEx services for international shipping, but we can also accommodate special requests from customers. The estimated delivery time for international shipments is a maximum of 1-2 weeks, depending on the customer's destination.

For international customers, the shipping cost covers domestic taxes and handling fees. However, additional charges such as destination country taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

We highly recommend that customers use upgraded courier services for a faster and more reliable shipping experience:

• DHL is available at a starting rate of USD 55.00 worldwide, depending on the destination.
• FedEx is offered at a starting rate of USD 50.00 worldwide, depending on the destination.

We expect customers to confirm by sending photos or confirmation of receipt after receiving the goods.
