One Year Free Service Terms and Conditions

  1. Eligibility

    • This offer is available for any product purchased from us, valid for one year from the date of purchase.
    • The free service offer applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

  2. Services Included
    The following services are included under this offer, free of charge, for a period of one year:

    • Plating: Replating services for gold, silver, or other applicable metals.
    • Repolish: Polishing to restore the shine and appearance of the product.
    • Soldering: Repairing broken or damaged parts of the product by welding or joining.
    • Resize: Adjusting the size of the product (e.g., rings, bracelets) to fit the customer’s specifications.

  3. Exclusions

    • Damages caused by misuse, accidents, or any external factors are not covered under this service.
    • Customizations or special modifications done to the product after purchase may not be eligible for free service.
    • The free service does not cover lost, stolen, or severely damaged items.

  4. Service Process

    • The customer is required to bring or send the product to our store/service center for assessment.
    • A service appointment must be scheduled in advance, where applicable, for optimal service timing.

  5. Limitations

    • Only one service type (plating, repolish, soldering, or resize) per product is allowed during each visit.
    • Free service does not include shipping or handling costs for sending the product to and from the service center.
    • The offer covers services for the product purchased but does not include any parts or additional accessories.

  6. Validity

    • This free service offer is only valid for one year from the original date of purchase. Any service request after one year will incur standard charges.
    • The service can be claimed at any time during the one-year period but cannot be combined with other promotions or offers.

  7. Non-Transferability
