Refund Policy
Returns
We offer a refund if the customer is not satisfied with the product.
Our policy is valid for 7 days from the date the item is received. If 7 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when received, and returned in its original packaging.

To return your product, please send it to the address listed above.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
Delivery times for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.
For items valued over $100, we strongly recommend using a trackable or upgraded shipping service. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
